• 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is set.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: Feel free to add any other ingredients you like, such as mushrooms, bacon, or diced tomatoes.
