– 8 ounces (225g) penne pasta (or any pasta of your choice)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust according to your spice preference)
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Fresh basil leaves, torn, for garnish


1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and red pepper flakes. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic becomes fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the tomatoes start to soften and release their juices.

4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the creamy tomato sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors.

6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well to incorporate the cheese into the sauce.

7. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish the pasta with torn fresh basil leaves.

8. Serve the Gigi Hadid pasta immediately while it’s still warm and enjoy!
