Recipe Notes
It is important to use really ripe bananas to sweeten the pancakes.
Feel free to add ingredients to the batter like blueberries, shredded apple, lemon zest, etc.
Top with fresh fruit, sugar-free syrup or even peanut butter. Be sure to count points for any toppings you use.
my W/W Points: there are 3 points for all 3 plans, Purple, Blue and Green.
The serving size is 2 pancakes. This should make around 12 pancakes.
On the current W/W Program (2023) it is 2 points per serving.
