To make the casserole, start by preheating your oven to 375°F. Cut a head of cauliflower into small florets and spread them evenly in the bottom of a casserole dish. Next, cook 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet until it’s fully browned, then drain any excess fat. Spread the cooked beef on top of the cauliflower in the casserole dish.

Next, add a teaspoon of salt and any other seasonings you prefer, such as black pepper, garlic powder, or onion powder. You can also add grated cheese on top if you like, or a handful of chopped herbs like parsley or basil.

Finally, cover the dish with foil and bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese and herbs if desired.
