Before the recipe, I have to admit that after raw milk, cheese bread is the thing I miss most in life. Precisely for this reason, I have not made the recipe yet and will hold as much as I can. I don’t like to put dairy in my diet – not just for cholesterol, but because I prefer to use cream in coffee.
For my customers who can eat dairy, the rule is always the same: choose your dairy and enjoy one serving a day at most. Mine is the cream. So the cheese falls for me. That said, let’s go to the keto cheese bread!
Keto Cheese Buns Recipe:
Yield: 10 buns
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix it all up! The point of the dough is to make balls with your hands. Put it in silicone molds, as Audrey did, or go in the same classic form.
