Keto Key Lime Pie Chaffle:

Ingredients

For Chaffle:
1 large egg
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tsp cream cheese
1 tsp powdered swerve
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp zest of lime
1/2 tsp baking powder

For Frosting:
4 oz melted cream cheese
4 Tbsp of butter
2 tsp powdered swerve
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp zest of lime

– Add all the chaffle ingredients in a bowl. Mix really well.
– Pour half the mixture in a heated mini waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes. Repeat with the other half of mixture
– When both chaffles are cooked, set aside to cool
– Combine all frosting ingredients and mix with hand mixer until smooth and spread onto one of the chaffles
– Place other chaffle on top and spread with more frosting. Garnish with a lime slice!
