- 1 recipe Ultimate Keto Brownies
- 1 recipe sugar-Free Caramel Sauce
- flaked sea salt for sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a mini muffin pan with 24 silicon or parchment paper liners.
Prep the brownie batter as directed. Divide the batter among the prepared mini muffin cups and bake 15 minutes, until puffed and just set to the touch
Remove and let cool 10 minutes, then press down wells into the center of each with a small spoon or the handle of a wooden spoon. Let cool completely.
Prepare the caramel sauce as directed and let cool about 5 minutes. Spoon into the brownie bites and let set. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.
