1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 oz butter
3 Tbsp Tex-Mex seasoning
7oz crushed tomatoes
½ cup onion
2oz pickled Jalapeños
7oz shredded cheese
1 Tsp Habanero spice
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
-Cook ground beef until no longer pink.
-Drain if desired.
-Add 2 oz butter to a pan with meat, onion, and crushed tomatoes, and simmer for five minutes..
-Place into a casserole dish and top with jalapeños, habanero spice, and shredded cheese.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
