1/2 C canned unsweetened pumpkin
1/2 C whipped cream cheese
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
1/2 C homemade whipped cream
2 T of Swerve brown sweetener
Whisk everything together until smooth. Pop in the fridge while you make the cinnamon sugar chips.
Cut a low carb tortilla in half and then into triangles. Spray cooking spray or toss lightly in oil and air fry at 400° for a few minutes until light brown & crisp.
Stir together a smidge of Monkfruit sweetener and cinnamon. Brush chips with melted butter and toss in a bowl with cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve with your dip.
