2 cups almond flour
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup Erythritol sugar
1 package KETO//PUMPKIN SPICE KREME®
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
3 Tablespoons Erythritol sweetener
2 Tablespoons pumpkin spice
In mixing bowl, beat together butter and sweetener until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
In separate bowl, combine flour, KETO//PUMPKIN SPICE KREME®, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add flour mixture until dough forms. Put dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Form dough into 1” balls and roll in sweetened pumpkin spice mixture.
Place balls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press to flatten.
Bake at 350 for about 12-14 minutes, or until brown around the edges.
