1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp truvia confectioners
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 egg
1 dropper of Ooo flavors cinnamon roll

Spray your dash waffle maker and pour the batter in.
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Melt 1 tbsp of butter and brush it on the chaffles.
Sprinkle on some cinnamon and golden monkfruit sweetener.
Cut into 6 sticks

Enjoy! I dipped mine into a glaze. I didn’t measure, but here is how I made it. I used what was left over of the melted butter (maybe 1/2 tbsp) and added in 2-3 spoonfuls of trivia confectioners. I poured in a splash of heavy cream and about 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Stir it all together.
